MARCELLA PABROS-CLARK AS MIRLA - Marcella was born and raised in Oakland, California. He fixation with performing began at an early age, watching Shirley Temple and Our Gang movies on television and starred in many backyard productions for her neighborhood playmates. While enrolled at UC Berkeley's College of Engineering she was lured away to tour the East Coast in the play "MAGUINDANAO" and never looked back. Marcella enhanced her stage experience as a professional dancer in San Francisco with Kulintang Arts, Batucaje, Corpo Santo and Ojobo Ire. She starred in Tony Videl's REGION OF THE HEART at the Marin Theatre Company and wrote, directed and performed her own work MAKING WAVES at ODC in San Francisco. Marcella also played the character Moss in an all-female staged reading of David Mamet's GLENGARY GLEN ROSS at Burbank's Secret Rose Theatre. In Los Angeles, she has studied with Joel Asher, Albert Alarr and is currently in a performance workshop with award winning performance artist, Denise Uyehara. She also developed the actor's workshop for Lodestone Theatre Ensemble. In other mediums, her professional acting credits include the film JACK, directed by Francis Ford Coppola, and TV's NASH BRIDGES.
